[SO] IT Security Assistant

We are looking for an IT Security expert on AI Governance to focus on ensuring compliance with internal regulation, industry standards, and enabling secure business operations. ​ What You’ll do:​ Implement, and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures.​ Assess AI products/use cases against applicable regulations and internal requirements Strengthen the enterprise’s security posture by safeguarding applications.​ Identify and mitigate security risks, addressing emerging threats.​ Support vulnerability management, penetration testing, and continuous monitoring programs for IT applications.​ Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations and frameworks.​ Collaborate with IT, egal, ISP, software development teams to create documentation in accordance with internal regulations.​ Technical​ Education: Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.​ Minimum working experience: 2 years​ Proven experience in IT security management or cybersecurity role such as ISP internal Audit, IT Operations, Compliance, IT Security​, Network Security, Cloud Security Knowledge of AI governance, AI risk management, and Responsible AI and applicable AI regulations and standards, such as the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and relevant data protection requirements. Familiar with cybersecurity work products such as SoTA, TARA, SBOM, etc.​ Knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.​ Language: Advanced English (Good communication, writing)​ Soft-skill:​ Customer Service Mindset​ Self-motivation​ A proactive mindset and passion for cybersecurity​ Creativity​ Detail orientation thinking​ Ability to focus as well as multi-task handling​ Assertive and objective communication​ The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services.
