Drive impact through innovative digital customer experiences We are looking for a Software Developer to help shape Mölnlycke's digital customer experiences through our Optimizely-based .com platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams, you will build customer-facing solutions while ensuring alignment with shared capabilities. You will also help identify and implement AI-enabled opportunities that enhance customer engagement and business value. You will join our Digital Customer Journey team at our headquarters situated in GoCo, Mölndal/Gothenburg. In this role, you will help shape and deliver seamless digital experiences across the customer journey, working at the intersection of business, technology, and user needs. You will be part of a collaborative product team where developers, UX designers, Digital Product Owner, Tech Lead, and business stakeholders work together to create digital solutions that deliver measurable value to customers and the organisation. Where you’ll make a difference Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital solutions across both frontend and backend, Build modern, responsive, and accessible web applications that create engaging customer experiences, Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, UX designers, Digital Product Owners, architects, and fellow developers to deliver customer-centric solutions, Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and optimisation, Contribute to system architecture, technical design decisions, and engineering best practices, Ensure customer-facing solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture principles, platform standards, and reusable capabilities, Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services that support digital customer journeys, Help improve development processes, tooling, quality, and automation practices, Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to improve customer experiences, productivity, and digital engagement, Work with product, business and architecture stakeholders to evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions. Take ownership of solutions while actively contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture, Stay curious and explore new technologies, methodologies, and ways of improving customer experiences, Participate in onsite collaboration and product team rituals (approximately 3 days per week in Gothenburg). What you bring Must-haves 5+ years of experience in full stack development, Experience developing enterprise-grade digital experiences on Optimizely CMS/Commerce Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred; React or Vue welcomed), Backend development skills in .Net, C#, Python, SQL, Solid understanding of modern web application development, including responsive and accessible design, Ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute with a senior mindset, Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams, Confident presenter with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to align technical solutions with business and user needs. Nice-to-haves Experience with Angular and TypeScript in larger-scale applications (Optimizely preferred), Experience from regulated environments such as healthcare or medtech, Interest in AI-enabled user experiences and evolving software practices.
