About the position The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support our wide array of products and services. This role will work closely with other designers, product development engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets our business needs and enhances the user experience. Your main responsibilities Design, plan, develop, and maintain software applications and systems in accordance with Dometic’s strategic goals. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements. Create and update detailed software design specifications and documentation. Implement software solutions, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices into software design. What do we offer?
