Solution Architect

As an Architect in the GraphQL Stable team, you will serve as a Tech Lead, responsible for shaping the architecture, design, best practices, and frameworks for GraphQL. GraphQL digital product is a critical and most focused product of our API & Integration portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Product Owner and fellow architects and engineers to drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap development. You should have strong integration expertise and have played a key role in enabling the GraphQL platform in an enterprise setting. Hands-on experience in building Subgraphs and Federated Super graphs from scratch is essential. As a GraphQL Architect, you will define the reference architecture, governance model for Federated Schemas/Super graphs, and best practices, while also establishing frameworks and guidelines for implementation. You will act as a technical ambassador, driving GraphQL adoption across the organization by enabling Volvo Group’s TD/BA/GFs to leverage GraphQL effectively for scalable and robust API-based solutions.
