<p><span>As Solution Architect – Infrastructure & Internal Systems, you will shape the architecture behind itm8’s infrastructure and internal systems landscape, creating the foundation that enables 1,600+ teammates to deliver great experiences for our customers and each other.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Build the foundation that keeps itm8 moving</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>At itm8, technology is not just something we deliver. As our new Solution Architect for Infrastructure & Internal Systems, you will play a central role in ensuring our platforms, integrations and architecture decisions support both today’s needs and tomorrow’s ambitions.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You will own the architectural direction across infrastructure domains such as cloud, network, compute, storage and security, while also driving the evolution of our internal systems landscape. This includes both third-party platforms and our own CMDB platform, where you will help define and develop the architecture behind one of itm8’s key internal capabilities.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and fellow architects across AI, Core IT and Development Platform to ensure decisions are aligned, scalable and built to last.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Your role</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This is a role for someone who enjoys navigating between strategy and execution. You will establish clear architectural principles, challenge existing approaches when needed and help teams make sound technology decisions that create long-term value.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You will:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Own the architecture roadmap across infrastructure and internal systems, ensuring scalability, security and cost-efficiency.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Define architecture principles, standards and governance frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Design and evolve integrations, data flows and system landscapes that support business processes across Finance, HR, Sales and Service Delivery.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Evaluate new technologies, platforms and vendors, driving selection processes and architectural recommendations.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Collaborate with architects across itm8 to align roadmaps, avoid duplication and ensure consistent technology choices.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>We are looking for a teamm8 who</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>can combine deep technical insight with business understanding and who thrives when bringing structure, direction and alignment to complex environments. You know when to configure, when to build, when to simplify processes and when to challenge requirements.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Ideally, you bring:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>At least 5 years of experience working with solution architecture in an IT or digital environment.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong expertise within infrastructure architecture, integration architecture and enterprise platforms, including technologies such as REST, SOAP, OData, OAuth, SAML and modern integration tools.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience with governance, master data management, compliance requirements and audit-ready architecture practices.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>The ability to engage confidently with everyone from technical specialists to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A proactive mindset, strong facilitation skills and the curiosity to challenge status quo and drive ambitious solutions.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you get</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>At itm8, we believe great architecture comes from collaboration, trust and the freedom to think ahead.
