Spanish-Speaking Virtual Medical Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

<p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> US </p> <p>We are seeking a reliable, professional bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support a busy orthopedic surgery practice specializing in Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <p>Answering incoming phone calls in English and Spanish.<br>Interpreting conversations between physicians, staff, and Spanish-speaking patients.<br>Assisting with appointment scheduling and basic patient inquiries.<br>Helping patients complete forms and understand office instructions.<br>Providing general administrative support as needed.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Fluent in both spoken English and Spanish.<br>Excellent telephone communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.<br>Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.<br>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.<br>Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.</p> <p>Experience with medical terminology, orthopedic practices, Workers’ Compensation, or No-Fault cases is a plus but not required.
