Spearhead Unit Manager, Safety & Advisory Sweden, Global Rail

key responsibilities will be: Lead, inspire and develop a team of technical specialists, creating a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing culture that supports professional growth and knowledge sharing in Sweden. Drive the strategic growth of the Safety & Advisory business in Sweden by developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding Ramboll's market presence. Take responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the unit, including resource planning, utilisation, budget ownership and commercial success. Oversee and participate in the successful delivery of safety and advisory projects, ensuring high technical quality, strong client satisfaction and effective risk management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Sweden and Ramboll's international Rail network, contributing to an international leadership group and supporting the development of disciplines and expertise across countries through work sharing, knowledge exchange and a coordinated global approach. The role involves working closely with colleagues across countries and with your manager in Denmark, with some international travel expected as well as within Sweden. About you Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams within engineering consultancy, infrastructure, transport or another regulated technical environment. Demonstrated experience with business development, client relationship management and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. Experience managing departmental or project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and resource planning. Strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management and stakeholder engagement within complex technical environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others, influence decision-making and build trusted relationships. Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
