We are now looking for someone to join our People Operations team at foodora. Your main task will be to support thousands of our most important clients, our own employees, in People related matters. Are you in for the ride? Come join the fun!   WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO Handling and answering questions in our People support system Support your team mates, managers and colleagues within your team with People-related questions and projects Handling questions from the authorities and unemployment insurance fund (A-kassa, Försäkringskassa) etc. Process, investigate and handle People-related matters, including signing and following-up on employment contracts for our riders Handling vacation, sick leave and absence applications Handling payroll tasks Other administrative and ad hoc tasks   WHO YOU ARE Flexible - You can easily handle stressful situations in a fast paced environment Responsible - You take ownership and responsibility over your tasks without anyone asking you to Structured - Does it come easy to you to create structure even in the most challenging and demanding situations?
