Key Responsibilities Monitor market movements and react accordingly. Assess and approve bets that exceed client limits. Track and analyse incoming bets, ensuring proper tagging. Implement risk management strategies. Report betting activity to the Customer Risk Analyst Team. Propose ideas and actively contribute to improving team efficiency and sportsbook profitability. Proactively identify and address non-compliant products. Initiate investigations into any non-conforming products. Requirements Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement. Adaptability to dynamic changes within the sportsbook industry. Experience with industry tools related to sports betting and risk monitoring. Strong knowledge of various sports, with a willingness to learn and share expertise. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, ensuring precise risk assessments. Deep understanding of sportsbook products , sports trading, and betting odds. Proactive and confident decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations. Commitment, drive, and ambition to contribute to the success of the sportsbook. Solid understanding of mathematical concepts, including statistics and probabilities. Availability to work in a 24/7 team environment , including morning, evening, and late shifts from Monday to Sunday. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with dashboards such as Power BI is a plus. Experience in statistical analysis and manual market compilation . Minimum 5 years of experience in a sportsbook environment .
