Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content marketing, creative production, or a related role. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience developing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams, agencies, creators, or external production partners. Strong understanding of social-first content and the nuances of developing creative for paid and organic social channels. Creative judgment and curiosity around emerging social, creator, and cultural trends, with the ability to translate relevant trends into actionable content ideas. Ability to use creative performance insights to identify patterns, surface learnings, and inform future content development. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships, consolidate feedback, and move work forward with limited oversight. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and sense of ownership. Familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, and an interest in using emerging technologies to improve creative processes and outcomes. Nice to Have: Experience working in ecommerce, retail, fashion, or subscription-based businesses. Experience supporting influencer, creator, or external content production programs. Exposure to creative performance reporting and using paid or organic social insights to inform content strategy. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.
