Sr. Director, Creative Direction - TFT

Qualifications: 10+ years industry experience in holistic game development process 7+ years of management experience Proven record of driving and delivering quality work in collaboration with art, narrative, audio and design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing multiple direct reports in Lead roles or higher Knowledge of current game development and creative trends Desired Qualifications: Has shipped multiple full-games as a Creative Director or key Creative decision maker Demonstrated experience, passion for, and understanding of strategy games Experience with stylized multiplatform games, particularly on PC and mobile Experience and passion for the League of Legends IP Experience managing multiple direct reports in Director roles or higher Experience managing franchise level product and creative decisions affecting multiple platforms and diverse audience needs Experience developing a global game with an understanding of different regional gaming cultures Experience collaborating with publishing or marketing teams and driving creative decisions across development and publishing For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
