Sr. Global Security Design & Technology Manager

Qualifications: Technical or bachelor’s degree in a related technical field. 5+ years experiences in the following: Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, Key Management, Intercoms, Enterprise Security Software, Emergency Notification Systems, Visitor Management systems, Access level creation and badging. Experience with physical security applications in corporate offices, campuses, e-commerce, logistics, warehouses, datacenters, and remote offices. Knowledge of technical security program design, systems, and emerging technology trends for security industry good practices is necessary. Understanding of IT infrastructure, communication protocols, and network architecture. Understanding of the methodology of enterprise security risk management as it pertains to technical security. Have a strong understanding of Information Technology Systems and on-prem and cloud applications management. Fluent in security industry standards and methods. Experience in technical security program management in physical security. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Up to 80% travel possible within Taiwan and 10% within APC. Comprehensive knowledge of international building codes, designs, and regulations pertinent to physical security standards. Knowledge of Life Safety Code and its application within both new and existing facilities. Preferred Qualifications: English skills (intermediate) Initiative & Ownership : Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility. Capable of prioritizing tasks and making sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experiences. Able to share insights and collaborate effectively across teams. Remuneration Monthly salary of more than NT$ 40,000 (fixed or variable salary varies depending on personal qualifications or performance).
