Sr. Manager Marketing Operations

we are looking for: 6+ years of marketing operations experience in a SaaS startup environment Experience working within, or very closely partnered with, a centralized Marketing Operations function supporting Revenue/Growth Marketing specifically Has personally built and owned a marketing attribution strategy, not just directed one Understands the strategic importance of Lifecycle and how it powers both Marketing and Sales, with hands-on experience owning lifecycle stage design and routing Advanced Salesforce knowledge to build campaign reporting and dashboards Hands-on experience and current advanced understanding of Marketo is a must (Marketo Certified is a bonus) In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with data enrichment platforms Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations to ensure compliance across the organization Have worked alongside (or as part of) a marketing team and understand the end-to-end of building and measuring integrated marketing campaigns You are an extraordinary communicator and project manager. You have the ability to prioritize projects and clearly communicate timelines to your team and stakeholders You are data-driven. You have experience and interest in reporting and can interpret data to help optimize marketing strategies A strong communicator.
