[쿠팡] Sr Manager, Technology Procurement (Finance)

This role will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and other business leaders to develop category strategies, lead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations, optimize technology investments, and build strategic supplier relationships. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial judgment, technology sourcing expertise, analytical capability, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. What you will do Develop and execute technology sourcing strategies aligned with Coupang's business priorities and long-term growth objectives. Lead complex sourcing initiatives including RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and supplier transitions. Negotiate with technology suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, contractual protections, service levels, and overall value. Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders, providing commercial guidance and market insights. Drive cost optimization and value creation through competitive sourcing, demand management, license optimization, and supplier negotiations. Analyze spend, pricing, usage, supplier performance, and market intelligence to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement decisions. Manage supplier relationships, risk mitigation, commercial governance, and resolution of supplier, contractual, service, and delivery issues. Lead multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while continuously improving procurement processes, tools, analytics, and operational effectiveness. Requirements 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, technology procurement, vendor management, or related fields, with a track record of leading complex sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations. Strong experience sourcing and negotiating technology products and services , including enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology services. Deep understanding of technology commercial and licensing models , with the ability to evaluate pricing structures, usage, and total cost of ownership to drive value and cost optimization. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills , with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex business requirements into sourcing strategies and recommendations.
