Sr. Recruiter

Requirements: At least 5 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated strength in sourcing and high-touch hiring Experience in the professional services industry is strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously with precision and accountability Exceptional project management and organizational skills Strong communication and relationship management capabilities across all levels of the business Experience with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment Collaborative team player eager to grow closing and offer negotiation skills Why Join Us: You’ll join a high impact Recruiting team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Location: NYC or Washington DC (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
