Sr Software Architect
Qualifications : Minimum of 10 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM customization, configuration, development, and solution mapping.   Proven experience as a PLM Solution Architect or Senior Technical Architect in a complex enterprise environment. In-depth knowledge of the Teamcenter data model, including business objects, relationships, workflows, and configuration principles. Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter BMIDE, including data model extensions, templates, rules, and deployment practices. Advanced knowledge of Teamcenter Java SOA APIs and server-side customization. In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter–NX integration and related engineering process flows. Hands-on experience with Teamcenter ITK development, custom utilities, integrations, and extensions. Experience with Teamcenter reporting capabilities and data extraction mechanisms. Functional knowledge of Teamcenter Systems Engineering capabilities and related business processes. Functional knowledge of the Teamcenter security model, including Access Manager, organization structure, roles, groups, and permissions. Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, including volumes, licensing, FMS, scalability, performance, and deployment considerations. Ability to contribute to enterprise strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value case definition, and innovation portfolio planning. Ability to review, analyze, and define domain-level architectural requirements aligned with software development strategy and enterprise architecture standards. Experience leading or facilitating architecture governance processes in alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at multiple levels. High level of personal integrity, accountability, and professional judgment. Innovative mindset and leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams.   Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally, up to 15%.     Work Environment: The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment with frequent use of electronic office equipment. During visits to operational areas, the employee may be exposed to extreme hot or cold weather conditions and may occasionally encounter fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and elevated noise levels.
