Sr. Staff Engineer, Rocket Growth

What You Will Do Drive the highest quality of architecture and design of the system. Draw a roadmaps and vision for the scalable and robust growth of the product Collaborate with other engineering teams to make the platform open and extensible to unlock innumerable opportunities for innovations. Align with stakeholders and lead engineers on mission critical projects. Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions. Leverage knowledge of internal and industry best practices in design. Deep-dive and handle critical system issues. Basic Qualification Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of experience working on software design and development in Java, Python. Proven track record of designing and building large-scale distributed systems in the Supply Chain space. Large system architecture design and development experience. Experience with cloud computing with AWS. Experience of developing container-based testing environment. Experience with Java / IntelliJ / Spring environment.
