SSA/LSA pega developers What you’ll be doing: • Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design • Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques and interactions with external systems • Identify, build and maintain common components • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality • Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams • Interact with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and QA team • Provide directions and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools • Support in scoping and sizing Pega features To succeed in this role, we believe that you have: • LSA - 8+ years of experience of pega PRPC development with 2+ years of experience in the LSA role and Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification OR • SSA - 4+ years of experience in pega PRPC development with 2+ years of experience in the SSA role and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification • Project experience implementing in Pega infinity • Hands-on Pega development experience in Constellation configuration (financial sector will be an asset) • Experience in architecture designing for large Pega solutions • Experience in integrating enterprise applications with the Pega solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English
