Staff Product Marketing Launch Operations Manager

Qualifications: At least 5 years of relevant experience in program & project management, leading product launches, and/or product marketing. General understanding of or experience with the go-to-market and product development lifecycle, including product launch. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to clearly communicate with senior management, program stakeholders, and business unit leaders on launch activities and potential risks Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team skills to lead staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams Ability to galvanize and align large and cross-functional teams to meet goals Experience in knowing when to probe deeper to identify risk and align teams to develop mitigation plan Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed Experience working with go-to-market teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. (P18574) The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $165,000 — $226,000 USD Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
