Staff Software Engineer, Acquisition

Requirements: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams or a large product area. Demonstrated ability to identify and drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution without a narrowly defined charter. Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale backend or full-stack systems in production. Strong product and business judgment, with the ability to connect technical investments to customer experience, growth, and operational outcomes. Proven ability to influence across engineering, product, and business stakeholders without direct authority. Strong collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to senior business and engineering stakeholders. Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
