Stockroom Assistant 35h

Key Responsibilities:  Receive and process stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment  Create a highly organized stockroom following store operations best practices  Ensure size availability on the shop floor together with the Store Management team  Implement commercial activities including sales in the stockroom  Train all colleagues on store logistic training and best practices  Customer-focused: You enjoy engaging with people and are committed to delivering excellent service.  Adaptable and flexible: Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.   Action-oriented: Proactive and driven to take initiative and get things done with quality.   Strong communicator: You have a genuine interest in people, communicate clearly, and actively listen to understand their perspectives and needs.  Eager to learn: Open to feedback and always looking for opportunities to grow and develop.  Brand enthusiast: You have a real passion for our brand and collection, and love sharing that enthusiasm with customers.  Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.  English language skills    Preferable but not mandatory  Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience   Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc    This is a full-time position with a contract of 35 hours a week available in our Covent Garden store.
