The role Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, business, and supplier collaboration? As Strategic Sourcing Manager for Electrical System Integration, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies that enable innovation, strengthen supply chain resilience, and support business growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify the best suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive continuous supplier performance improvements. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will have a direct impact on product development, project execution, and long-term competitiveness. You will report to our Supply Chain Director and the location is Headquarters at Hönö Pinan. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for new products, projects, and technologies aligned with our business strategies Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to support product development, quality according to long-term business needs Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier agreements Lead supplier development and drive continuous performance improvement Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier agreements Manage supply chain risks Facilitate collaboration between suppliers and internal stakeholders in projects and drive supplier participation in design reviews, cost workshops, and technical evaluations About you We believe you are an experienced sourcing professional who enjoys building strong supplier partnerships and creating long-term value for our business. You combine strategic thinking with a commercial mindset and thrive in an cross-functional collaborative environment in a global company. You have an interest and understanding of electrical systems and/or automation and a natural ability to solve problems along the way. Qualifications & Experience Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration Strong technical knowledge, preferably from product development or product management, related to electrical systems and/or automation Strong understanding of supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supply chain risk management Experience of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of cost analysis and contract management Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken What We Offer With our location on Hönö and Öckerö, where our production facilities and offices are situated right by the water, we can offer a truly inspiring work environment.
