Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices Demonstrates a strong AI-driven mindset by proactively exploring and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning design, optimize processes, and improve the overall effectiveness within the organization
