Strong background in resource planning, team leadership, and managing project delivery across multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel, with a demonstrated ability to lead through others and support teams across varying experience levels. 8+ years of structural engineering experience, including industrial facility projects. Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or a related field is preferred.
