Structural Steel Fabrication Foreman – 2nd Shift Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: 2nd Shift; overtime and Saturdays as needed Pay: Starting at $32/hour + $3/hour second-shift differential; higher starting rates may be available based on experience. Must have structural steel fabrication industry experience and prior foreman, supervisory, or leadership experience. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabrication Foreman to lead second-shift shop operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees employees, production activities, equipment, materials, scheduling, quality, and deliveries while keeping work on schedule and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, communicates well across teams, and can make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
