Student Intern (Analytics) - 6 Month Unpaid Internship

YOUR MISSION AT VOI As a Student Intern in our Analytics team, you will help Voi make better decisions through data. You will support the team in turning data into clear insights, tools, and metrics that help teams across the organisation understand performance and take action. Voi is a data-driven company operating across 13 countries, and our Analytics team plays an important role in shaping how we grow, improve our service and create more sustainable cities. In this role, you will work closely with Data Scientists and other members of the data team, learning how analytics supports decision-making in a fast-moving scale-up environment. You will: Work closely with Data Scientists in Voi’s Analytics team on day-to-day analytical challenges. Help build decision-support tools using data, metrics and dashboards. Support the development and improvement of key company metrics. Make changes to code used for calculating and maintaining important business metrics. Explore data to identify patterns, answer business questions and support teams across Voi. Learn how analytics, data modelling and reporting are used in a high-impact operational business. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for a curious and analytical student who enjoys solving problems and turning data into useful insights. You are comfortable asking questions, learning new tools and collaborating with others to understand what the business needs. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Ongoing studies in a relevant field such as analytics, data science, engineering, business, economics, statistics or similar. A strong interest in business, data and problem-solving. Strong SQL skills. Some experience with Git and Python. An interest in working with metrics, dashboards and decision-support tools. Experience with data pipelines, such as dbt, is a plus. Professional working proficiency in English. Swedish is not required. Don’t meet every requirement?
