the opportunity to work closely with the research team behind the Swedish Cranet Survey, led by Professor Stefan Tengblad at the Center for Global HRM. You will gain insight into how a large-scale international research project is organised and conducted and may also have opportunities for contact with Cranet research teams in other countries. The project also provides an excellent opportunity for students interested in writing a Master's thesis using Cranet data. Student workers will have the possibility to explore thesis projects based on the survey data, including collaboration with a thesis partner. The Swedish results from the survey will be reported during 2027. This is expected to generate further opportunities for student work related to the preparation of reports and other communication of results in both Swedish and English. ## **Qualifications** Please send your CV + short expression of interest in the position and why you think you can add value to the project to [stefan.tengblad@gu.se](mailto:stefan.tengblad@gu.se) by August 25.
