Stylist Lead, Editorial

We are looking for people with:  Extensive experience within styling, fashion direction or creative leadership in a fashion, editorial or brand environment.  A strong creative vision and point of view, with the ability to bring concepts to life through styling and visual storytelling.  Deep knowledge of paid social and content that drives performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)​  Experience operating comfortably between strategic creative direction and hands-on execution.  Strong understanding of fashion trends, cultural movements and customer behaviours.  A commercial mindset and proven ability to create work that is both creatively inspiring and commercially effective.  Experience using insights and performance data to inform and strengthen creative decisions.  Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.  And people who are:  Fashion-forward, curious and culturally connected.  Confident in their creative judgement while remaining open to collaboration and feedback.  Passionate about developing others and creating high-performing creative teams.  Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.  Inspiring leaders who build trust, empower others and enable creative excellence.  WHO WE ARE   H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
