Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance, Solar Cell Factory (Starlink)

Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification; OR 3+ years of experience in facilities/utilities maintenance 2+ years hands-on with central utility plants, industrial HVAC, gas/chemical systems, or high-volume manufacturing facilities maintenance 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead position Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related STEM field Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms, predictive maintenance tools (vibration, thermography, oil analysis), and reliability-centered maintenance practices Direct experience maintaining central utility plants, industrial HVAC, high-purity gas/chemical distribution, or wastewater systems in a manufacturing environment Background in semiconductor, solar cell, or cleanroom facilities maintenance Experience managing third-party vendors, service contracts, and maintenance budgets Proven track record improving equipment uptime, reducing MTTR, and driving continuous improvement (Six Sigma, Lean, or similar) Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems Additional Requirements: Ability to travel internationally (20%) Ability to stand up to 6 hours, lift up to 25 pounds unassisted, and maneuver around equipment in a factory setting Ability to work in industrial environments with fumes/odors, noise, hazardous chemicals, and confined spaces Must be available for one of the following AWS shifts (start and end times are approximate): A Shift – 5:00am-5:00pm, Sunday-Wednesday B Shift – 5:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday-Saturday ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
