Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Utilize WMS, TMS, ERP, and related systems to manage daily operations. Monitor operational KPIs, including service, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity. Complete required inventory, labor, and operational reporting. Develop and maintain standard work procedures. Identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Here's what you'll bring to the table: 3+ years of leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or related operations. Experience supervising hourly warehouse employees, including forklift operators and/or clerks. Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, FIFO, and warehouse processes. Experience with WMS and other enterprise warehouse systems; TMS experience preferred. Experience coordinating freight with third-party carriers and trucking companies. Strong leadership, coaching, labor planning, and performance management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safe work practices, including OSHA and forklift safety requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred. Perishable, agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, or high-volume distribution experience preferred. What Success Looks Like Shipping and receiving operations run safely, accurately, and on schedule. Inventory is accurate, discrepancies are resolved quickly, and labor is effectively managed to meet business needs. The team is well-trained, accountable, and consistently delivers strong service, safety, and productivity. Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 a year and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
