Supplier Quality Engineer- Component Introduction - Autonomous Mobility

Qualifications : Bachelor degree in Engineering 2 or more years of experience in the automotive industry Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes Technical understanding of mechanical components  Able to read blueprints/drawings and interpret specifications Understanding and capability to collaborate with different foreign cultures Knowledge of Quality Management (including standards of Quality system requirements, policies and norms Risk Management Management skills, tools and techniques which ensures a strategic, profit and resulted oriented handling (Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, etc.) Collaboration skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking) Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques to operate in different cultures Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques. Project management skills, tools and techniques. Sourcing  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
