Supply Chain Capability Manager

Our mission is to make everyday life easier with a diverse range of safe and sustainable products for individual buildings, large real estate complexes and critical infrastructure sites.</span></p><p><span>We are now looking for a highly motivated <strong>Supply Chain Capability Manager</strong> to join our Supply Chain organization in Oulu.</span></p><p><span>In this key cross-functional role, you will ensure that supply chain readiness is built into new products from the earliest Program phases through industrialization and successful volume production. You will work at the interface between Supply Chain, R&D programs, Manufacturing and Product Management driving supply chain activities that enable successful product launches and scalable operations in volume phase.</span></p><p><span>This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how new products are developed, industrialized and transferred into volume manufacturing while ensuring supply chain capability, quality and capacity are in place to support business growth.</span></p><p><span><strong>What you'll do</strong></span></p><p><span>In this role you will:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead and coordinate supply chain activities in selected product development Programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure the required supply chain capability is established for new products and technologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive supply chain tasks and deliverables throughout Program gate processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure manufacturing readiness and coordinate build activities during Program execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead supply chain activities in product transfer projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate engineering change implementation during Program phases.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan and facilitate product ramp-ups and ramp-downs together with key stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure manufacturing capability, capacity and quality requirements are met for successful product introduction.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify and mitigate supply chain risks throughout Program execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Secure adequate supply chain resources for Program activities in collaboration with line managers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to supply chain development initiatives and other cross-functional projects when required.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>What you'll bring</strong></span></p><p><span>To succeed in this role, you should have:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Business, Economics or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Several years of experience in global supply chain operations. Experience in product development programs is considered an advantage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong project management experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of manufacturing technologies and their impact on supply chain performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent written and spoken English.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>You are a proactive and organized professional who enjoys turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
