Supply Chain Developer – S&SP

Assignment description We are looking for a Supply Chain Developer – S&OP to drive operational excellence and tactical alignment across the supply chain by balancing demand and supply. In this role, you will lead Sales and Operations Planning activities and help ensure that supply chain operations are efficient, responsive and aligned with strategic goals. You will work across demand forecasting, inventory management and production planning, while coordinating closely with sales, marketing, production and other key functions. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence. You will also improve forecast accuracy by aligning demand forecasts with production plans and use data and analytics to support decision-making, identify trends and implement best practices. A key part of the role is facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring clear communication between teams. You will also contribute to long-term supply chain and operational strategies, support cost efficiency and help improve customer satisfaction through reliable and timely product delivery. Success in the role will be measured through areas such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, customer satisfaction and operational cost savings. Qualifications: You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. You have experience with SAP and Power BI, preferably within supply chain processes and data visualization. You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and contact points simultaneously. You have a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at problem-solving and optimizing supply chain operations. You are fluent in English and comfortable using it as your working language in a global environment. You are structured, proactive and willing to go the extra mile when needed. You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively and are comfortable coordinating across different functions and priorities.
