Support & Hospitality Assistant

We are looking for a part-time Support & Hospitality Assistant for our flagship store on Saint Honoré. As Support & Hospitality Assistant at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage. WHAT YOU WILL DO Your main contribution will be to deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless store operations. As a brand ambassador, you will uphold the highest standards of luxury service while contributing to product availability, stock management, and personalized client support across three key areas of responsibility: Client Experience Support Support sales associates in delivering an elevated and personalized client experience. Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable while waiting to be assisted. Offer refreshments and provide hospitality services in line with Acne Studios' standards. Prepare fitting rooms and client appointments to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. Ensure fitting rooms are cleaned, organized, and ready following each appointment. Product & Sales Support Retrieve products from the stockroom quickly and efficiently to support sales activities. Ensure products are properly presented, steamed, and accurately priced at all times. Support product replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels throughout the day. Assist with packaging, gift wrapping, and after-sales services. Facilitate the movement of products between the stockroom and the sales floor. Maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient stockroom environment. Store Operations Contribute to maintaining the store's appearance and visual merchandising standards. Ensure back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and operationally efficient. Collaborate closely with all team members to support smooth and efficient store operations. Assist with operational tasks as required to ensure the highest standards of store excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Experience working in premium or luxury environments is a plus.
