Job Mission 🚀 As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Tibber, you’ll be the growth engine of building and scaling our organisation, and every hire you make helps power the future of energy. You’ll join a team with a seat at the table, part of our People function and reporting directly to our CPO. We’re already rethinking how hiring works in an AI-native world, and we want you along for the ride. What you'll do ✅ Own the entire hiring flow, from mapping the market and crafting the story to signing the offer. Hire across Commercial, Corporate functions and Tech & Product, in all four of our markets. Partner with your hiring managers and share the secrets of our craft, so great hiring stays a team effort. Meet talent where they are, and keep our pipelines warm even when we’re not actively hiring. Use data and AI to keep our processes silky-smooth. Drive Employer Branding with Marketing and help shape the strategy, so talent across Europe knows our name before we reach out. What we're looking for⚡ We believe you are a versatile Talent Acquisition Partner with 4+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruitment in a high-pace, product-obsessed environment, in-house or as an embedded consultant. You’ll thrive at Tibber if you: Love the craft. You’ve owned hiring across many kinds of roles, and every process gets the same care. You see diversity as a strategy - your search strings are wide and your interviews structured. Get the business. You understand what drives Tibber and how each hire moves the needle. Coach, not coerce. Hiring managers leave your 1:1s clearer, faster and more inclusive. You push back when needed and still keep everyone smiling. Know what matters most. Many open roles and shifting priorities keep you sharp, Time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and pipeline diversity aren’t vanity metrics, they’re how you make the call. Speak LLM fluently, and know when not to. Tibber becomes more AI-enabled every day, and you’re excited to grow with it. AI is your sidekick, but human judgment stays in the driver’s seat. Are a people person with stakeholder superpowers. You earn trust fast, with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues alike. Get excited by Employer Branding. It’s our company language, and Swedish, German or Dutch is a plus since you’ll hire across all our markets.
