Talent Acquisition Specialist - Global GTM

We're a small talent team, and we're looking for another person to help us hire the people who take Validio to market. This role is all about our go-to-market organization — sales, marketing, and customer success — across New York, London, Amsterdam, and Stockholm. Hiring across markets and time zones is a craft. You'll own searches end to end, work closely with our commercial leaders to keep the bar high, and keep candidates moving through a process that feels genuine from the first message to the offer. We automate what makes sense, but we never lose the human side of hiring — that balance matters a lot to us. What you'll do - Own GTM recruitment end to end — intake, sourcing, screening, process, and offer - Hire across four markets: New York, London, Amsterdam, and Stockholm - Source proactively and work a search until you find the right people, not just the available ones - Partner with commercial leaders as someone they trust — align on what "world-class" looks like, and keep searches on track - Coordinate with external partners and agencies where it helps us hire better - Keep the candidate experience fast, clear, and honest What you'll bring - A strong recruitment background in go-to-market roles — sales, marketing, or customer success - Experience hiring globally, across both Europe and the US (the exact markets don't need to match ours) - Startup or scaleup experience — you're comfortable building without a playbook - Real sourcing craft and the patience to keep going when a search gets hard - Stakeholder management that holds up across markets and seniority levels - A background hiring in data, AI, or technical B2B/SaaS environments - Comfort using modern tools to work smarter Bonus points for - Experience with executive or leadership recruitment - Experience coordinating with external partners and agencies - Experience with our stack: Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and Claude Why Validio Founded in Sweden in 2019, we're trusted by data-driven enterprises like Nordea, Canva, Truecaller, Traveloka, and Deutsche Glasfaser.
