Talent Acquisition Team Lead

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced  Team Lead Talent Acquisition  to drive hiring excellence and lead our recruitment function. In this role, you will manage a team of recruiters and personally lead strategic hiring initiatives for production, engineering, admin and R&D positions — ensuring we attract top talent to support next-generation innovation in the UAV domain. Candidates must be based in Kyiv. What is your Day to Day Mission:   Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners. Define and execute hiring strategies for production, technical, admin and R&D roles across the organization. Partner with production, engineering, product, and R&D leadership to plan workforce needs and recruitment priorities. Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team performance. Monitor and optimize pipelines, metrics, and dashboards in the ATS. Ensure consistency, transparency, and speed across all stages of recruitment. Support onboarding and cross-functional collaboration with HR and People Operations. Drive employer branding efforts, including campaigns, events, and community engagement.
