Tax Counsel

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 3 – 5+ years of relevant tax advisory experience with accounting firm, law firm, or in-house multinational corporation Strong knowledge in: corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, and cross border transactions Contract drafting and negotiation abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong English communication skills, both orally and in writing Preferred Qualifications: LL.M. in Taxation Prior experience working within a large, multinational manufacturing or technology organization Familiarity with BEPS, Pillar Two, and global minimum tax developments We Are Bosch.
