Tax Lead

we are looking for 7+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally combining Big 4 (or comparable advisory) with an in-house role at a fast-growing international tech company. You don't need to be an expert in all areas of taxation, but you do need to be pro-active and eager to learn about all areas of taxation, to become a true generalist. Experience with cross-border structures: multi-entity groups, intercompany agreements, IP ownership, and permanent establishment risk. Familiarity with the tax complexity of digital services, marketplaces, or telecom (US telecom taxes and fees, EU VAT on electronically supplied services, merchant-of-record models) is a strong plus. A builder's mindset: comfortable being the first tax hire, setting up processes from scratch, and doing the work yourself before there's a team. Commercial judgment: you translate tax risk into clear recommendations and trade-offs that non-tax colleagues can act on, rather than memos that say "it depends."
