Tax Specialist

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a well-rounded tax profile within a global organization.</span></p></div><div><h2><span>What you will be working on</span></h2></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Supporting the Group Tax team on international indirect tax matters, including VAT and other transaction tax topics.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, including local files.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Supporting transfer pricing compliance activities and related analyses.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Contributing to Mergers & Acquisitions / M&A and Post-Merger Integration / PMI tax projects.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Conducting tax research and preparing analyses on various direct and indirect tax topics.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Collecting, structuring and analyzing tax-related and financial data from various business units.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Preparing, maintaining and evaluating tax-related reports, tables and dashboards for management reporting and decision-making purposes.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Developing management presentations and summarizing complex tax matters in a clear, concise and business-oriented manner.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Supporting ongoing tax compliance, tax audits and special tax projects as required.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><h2><span>What you will bring</span></h2></div><div><ul><li><p><span>University degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Approximately 2–3 years of professional experience.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Solid generalist tax background with exposure to multiple tax disciplines.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Initial experience with transfer pricing documentation, particularly local files.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Basic knowledge of indirect tax topics, especially VAT within an international business environment.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span>Exposure to M&A-related tax matters is considered an advantage.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience within an international group environment is beneficial, preferably within a related industry.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting and preparation of management-ready summaries.</span></p></li></ul></div></div><h2>About us</h2><p>group.one is a leading European provider of online presence, cloud hosting, and digital marketing services.
