Team Lead, People Services

What you'll do Team leadership Lead and mentor a team of ~10 People Associates Set goals, monitor performance, and run regular evaluations Ensure the team follows company policies and procedures HR service delivery Oversee handling of HR inquiries from employees across multiple countries Act as the first escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution Knowledge transfer & launches Partner with Tier 2 HR and the business to transition processes into Tier 1 Own process documentation and knowledge transfer milestones Ensure coverage is in place for all country deliverables Operational excellence Improve HR processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy Drive adoption of manager and employee self-service tools Support Workday onboarding and data accuracy Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely, accurate salary payments Team development & continuous improvement Create development opportunities that grow the team's skills Identify process gaps and implement improvements based on team and employee feedback What we're looking for Based in Hungary, able to work from the Budapest office 3+ days/week Fluent English (written and spoken) Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Proven people management experience with a focus on team development Background in employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery Familiarity with HR metrics and ERP systems; Workday experience is a plus Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities.
