Team Lead - Salesforce Commercial

Your Responsibilities Manage and develop the team: Oversee daily operations for the admins and developers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, career progression, and handling administrative approvals. Foster a high-performing environment: Cultivate a collaborative, positive team culture that encourages cross-functional collaboration within RevOps and supports individual professional growth. Facilitate Scrum execution: Drive agile delivery by running Scrum ceremonies, actively removing engineering or operational blockers, and monitoring team velocity to ensure stable delivery cycles. Own capacity planning: Manage resource allocation and sequence execution timelines based on current team availability, aligning closely with the Product Owner's backlog priorities. Manage technical debt: Consult with the Technical Architect on technical debt remediation, ensuring that platform health initiatives are realistically scheduled into delivery timelines. Drive functional alignment: Partner with the PO, GTMO, Tooling, Salesforce Service, and RevOps stakeholders to maintain cross-functional alignment and coordinate dependencies. Continuous monitoring: Partner with GTMO to provide transparent reporting on project timelines and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership. Who you are 5+ years experience in a similar fast-paced environment as a Senior Admin, Product Owner or similar role and 3+ years as a leader Experience managing or partnering closely with senior technical staff (e.g., Architects, Tech Leads) in a platform/engineering context A proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects and initiatives Strong problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Experience in leading a team and driving Scrum ceremonies Experience in change management and realizing adoption of technology solutions Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
