Tech Lead (Consulting Assignment) – React/TypeScript

<p><strong>This is a consultant assignment with an expected duration until approximately March 2027.</strong></p><p>We are currently looking for a senior <strong>Tech Lead</strong> on behalf of our client, a growing <strong>SaaS product company</strong>. You will join a team working on a business-critical platform with a strong focus on scalability, automation, and modern engineering practices.</p><p>This role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on development. You will be responsible for architectural direction, technical decision-making, and ensuring the long-term quality and evolution of the platform while remaining actively involved in the codebase.</p><h5>Key Responsibilities</h5><ul><li><p>Own and evolve the system architecture</p></li><li><p>Drive technical decisions and ensure high engineering standards</p></li><li><p>Participate in development, code reviews, and technical problem-solving</p></li><li><p>Promote best practices in DevSecOps, security, and CI/CD</p></li><li><p>Support documentation, technical governance, and AI-assisted development initiatives</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Development teams</p></li></ul><h5>Required Skills & Experience</h5><ul><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>React and TypeScript</strong> (mandatory)</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or similar senior engineering role</p></li><li><p>Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalable software solutions</p></li><li><p>Experience documenting architectural decisions and technical designs</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development practices</p></li><li><p>Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and an AI-first mindset</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence and lead through technical expertise rather than formal authority</p></li><li><p>Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken</p></li></ul><h5>Assignment Details</h5><ul><li><p><strong>Start:</strong> ASAP</p></li><li><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Until approximately March 2027</p></li><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> Stockholm (Hybrid)</p></li><li><p><strong>Allocation:</strong> Full-time</p></li></ul><p>☀️ <strong>Summer Holiday Notice</strong><br>Due to the summer vacation period, feedback, interviews, and decision-making timelines may be longer than usual.
