Senior Hardware Engineer – R&D About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer for a consulting assignment within a large international industrial and technology organization. In this role, you will be part of an R&D environment focused on the development and improvement of advanced industrial products and hardware solutions. You will contribute with senior hardware engineering expertise throughout the development lifecycle and work closely with other engineering disciplines in a technically complex environment. The assignment is suitable for an experienced and self-driven hardware engineer who is comfortable taking significant technical responsibility and contributing to both development and problem-solving activities. Key Responsibilities Contribute to hardware development within an industrial R&D environment. Work with design, development, verification, and improvement of electronic hardware solutions. Participate in technical investigations and troubleshooting. Support evaluation and verification of hardware designs and components. Collaborate closely with engineers from different technical disciplines. Contribute to technical documentation and engineering decisions. Support continuous improvement of existing products and technical solutions. Take ownership of assigned technical activities and drive them towards completion. Your Profile We are looking for a senior-level Hardware Engineer with extensive experience from hardware development, preferably within industrial products, power electronics, embedded systems, or another technically complex product environment. You are expected to be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams. You have a structured and analytical approach and are able to translate technical requirements into robust engineering solutions. Experience from R&D environments and development of hardware for industrial applications is considered highly relevant.
