Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, solution architecture, and development oversight for a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for Dynamics 365, integrations, portals, business rules, and supporting technologies. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary development teams. Design and oversee Dynamics 365/Dataverse , workflows, security, integrations, and customizations. Oversee APIs, system integrations, digital portals, and business rules/decision engines. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with technical standards. Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, releases, and production readiness. Establish and oversee CI/CD, DevOps, documentation, and technical governance. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues and drive timely resolution.
