Technical Lead

🔹 For our Client we are looking for a Technical Lead 🔹 The project focuses on integrating the Instem Climb SaaS platform with an internal enterprise IT ecosystem, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant data exchange between research systems, data platforms, and downstream applications. Key areas include integration architecture, data migration, AWS cloud solutions, data processing, and the development of systems based on Python, PostgreSQL, and modern integration patterns. Requirements: Strong experience in solution architecture, requirements analysis and solution design. Proven experience integrating SaaS products with enterprise systems and services. Strong AWS knowledge and experience designing cloud-based solutions. Hands-on Python development experience. Strong database and data engineering experience, particularly with PostgreSQL and PL/SQL. Experience with messaging queues, data flows and system-to-system integration. Understanding of secure and compliant solution design in a regulated environment. Experience with GitHub and agile ways of working; Analytical and systematic thinking, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions. Daily task: Build a thorough technical understanding of the vendor SaaS solution and its integration points within the existing IT landscape. Lead solution design for secure, compliant and reliable integration between Climb, Cloud Services, SADP and downstream systems. Define and coordinate expected data flows, including support for laboratory activities and equipment. Assess and coordinate migration of data from the legacy solution to the new platform. Provide technical leadership to the development team and collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to implement the right solution for Novo Nordisk. Remain hands-on with Python and database development, including PostgreSQL and PL/SQL-related work. Design and validate integrations using messaging queues and appropriate data architecture patterns. Support proof-of-concept work, technical troubleshooting, code reviews and continuous improvement. Use GitHub and agile delivery practices to support transparent and effective software delivery.
