Technical Product Manager

Assignment Description We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a Data & Analytics background who can quickly get up to speed and drive progress during organisational change. The assignment follows a hybrid working arrangement, with on-site attendance required three days per week. You are structured, analytical and solution-oriented, taking ownership and initiative to create clarity and direction. You adapt quickly to new settings and turn ambiguous needs into actionable priorities, maintaining progress while processes, responsibilities and working practices evolve. Working with architects, development teams and business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into clear technical requirements and manage and prioritise the technical product backlog. Your focus will be efficient delivery, quality, risk management and long-term technical sustainability. Mandatory Qualifications Fluent spoken and written English. Previous work as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager or in a comparable role. Knowledge of software development, data modelling and technical architecture. Experience in Data & Analytics or a comparable environment. Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management, supported by experience collaborating with technical teams and business functions. Demonstrated experience of managing and prioritising backlogs and working with agile methods. Ability to grasp complex environments quickly, act on your own initiative and work independently. It is considered an advantage if you have experience in financial services or other regulated environments. Knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language is also considered an advantage.
