Technical Project Manager - ERP Implementation

About the role As an IT Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our client’s strategic ERP migration to the cloud. You will drive a complex transformation initiative and work closely with the internal IT team. The role requires a structured, driven, and solution-oriented individual who can manage tight timelines and lead projects across all organizational levels. The role includes full responsibility for migrating the Infor LN ERP system to a cloud-based solution. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, you will ensure seamless integration across multiple sub-projects and international teams. Work tasks This role focuses on the operational execution of a large-scale ERP cloud migration, requiring a hands-on approach to documentation, validation, and stakeholder alignment. Manage and co-ordinate activities around Technical documentation, Training and System validation including verifying system configurations, aligning technical documentation, end user training, and system validation. Act as a bridge between business needs and system capabilities (filtering out "wishes vs. actual needs" to speed up delivery) during the whole delivery. Coordinating sub projects and ensure alignment with the main program. Managing the activities around process validation ensuring documentation, testing and implementation activies are reflecting the business processes. We are looking for Strong background in ERP implementation/migrations. Hands-on experience with developing technical documentation. Hands-on experience developing and executing training schedules for end-users. Proven track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments and translating business requirements into practical solutions. Proven record of implementing business processes in ERP systems. Professional fluency in English. It is meritorious if you have Knowledge of Infor LN or Infor M3. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics. Professional fluency in Swedish.
