For our client Tetra Pak we are looking for a Technical Project Manager Description: To strengthen our project management capacity, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for a temporary assignment. In this role, you will lead and support multiple technical development projects, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet business objectives, quality requirements, and timelines. What You Will Do: · Independently lead and manage multiple development projects through our structured Product Creation Process, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements. · Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering teams, and other key stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs and strategic objectives. · Provide clear project status updates, reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to governance bodies and decision-making forums. · Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to ensure project success. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of Tetra Pak's project management methodologies, tools, and best practices while fostering a collaborative team environment. Expectations: · At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within food technology, engineering, product development, or related industries. · Strong technical understanding and the ability to lead projects across diverse technical domains, such as Separation, Mixing, Automation and Platform Development. · Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong collaborative relationships across functions. · Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · A structured and proactive approach, combined with strong drive, ownership, and resilience. · Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall approaches. · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. · PMI certification (PMP) or equivalent project management certification. · Knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Startdate: 2026-10-01 End date: 2027-03-31 Workload: 100% Location: Lund, Sweden. On-boarding info: A drug test needs to be performed before assignment starts. Please note! We offer continuously.
