Technical Services Support Specialist (Italian Speaking)

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION Arkel is an electronics design and manufacturing company specialized in elevator electronics. Already being the nationwide leader in its sector, Arkel is seeking to extend its leadership beyond the borders of Turkey. Arkel is looking for a  Italian  speaking " Technical Services Support Specialist" to join our Technical Services Department. QUALIFICATIONS  - Bachelor degree, preferably graduated from Electric, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, - Good command of  Italian-English and Turkish  (both verbal and written)    - Also, knowledge of Turkish language will be an advantage - Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications, - Good planning and organization skills, analytical, customer-oriented, team player, - Strong communication and presentation skills,   - No travel restrictions, - Valid driving license, - Resident in Istanbul Asia side, JOB DESCRIPTION - Answering e-mails, messaging and / or online calls via the Whatsapp line, generating solutions to customers' requests, problems and complaints, - If needed ARKEL customers will be supported in job side to solve technical problems, - If ARKEL needs technical information for their customer candidates will join in international exhibitions.
